Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support the after-sales unit by guiding customers from onboarding to retention. The role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service goals and high customer satisfaction are met.

The position emphasizes driving onboarding, coordinating new equipment deliveries, engaging inactive accounts, and promoting digital adoption while maintaining operational excellence across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of service operations or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding plans to guide new customers.
• Coordinate installation/training setup for new equipment deliveries.
• Proactively reach out to inactive accounts and follow up on repair estimates.
• Assist customers with service portal registration and maximize use of digital tools.
• Manage service inbox inquiries and analyze customer satisfaction data.
