Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to deliver solutions-oriented service from our Stamford, CT office. You will handle inquiries, maintain CRM records, and ensure high satisfaction through collaborative teamwork and adherence to SOPs.

The role emphasizes clear communication, fast response times, and continuous improvement, including post-call follow-ups and data-driven insights to drive customer value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with customer service principles, including active listening and empathy.
• Experience using phones, email or live chat to communicate with customers.
• Understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints and services.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
