Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Houston shop. This role focuses on scheduling measures and installations, coordinating with customers, contractors, and production staff, and maintaining accurate CRM records to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule measures and installs and communicate with customers, contractors, and production staff.
• Maintain CRM with customer changes and notes.
• Prepare daily packets for measures, production, and installs.
• Coordinate shop follow-up and expedite orders when needed.
• Interact with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customers and orders.
