Cosentino is seeking a Customer Coordinator for our Atlanta shop. The role involves scheduling measures and installs, coordinating with customers, contractors, and production staff, and maintaining CRM updates.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for handling multiple schedules and customer inquiries. Minimum 1 year in customer service is required; high school diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience scheduling/routing appointments and managing multiple schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedule measures and installs; communicate with customers, contractors, and production staff.
• Maintain square footage for budget; prepare daily packets for measures, production, and installs.
• Handle immediate customer needs and account management.
• Maintain CRM with all customer changes/notes.
• Assist customers with in-shop slab viewing and layouts.
