Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our factory store team in Houston. You will coordinate and optimize delivery and installation schedules, working closely with customers, factories, production teams, field crews, and sales to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, data accuracy, and the ability to adapt to weather delays or other scheduling challenges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment supporting multiple remote facilities and teams.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally manage escalated customer situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills utilizing sound judgment and business reasoning.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize delivery and installation schedules across assigned service areas.
• Partner with customers, factories, production teams, field crews, and sales to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, projects, scheduling and communications.
• Track milestones and schedule changes in company systems and ensure data integrity.
