Job summary

Pearson in the United States is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations. You will handle client and candidate inquiries, schedule exams, and coordinate with test centers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accommodations are correctly implemented.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and discretion. The hourly rate is $17.75 and typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Execute approved accommodation requests following client guidelines to meet 1 business day KPI.
• Coordinate with service providers to schedule readers, interpreters and translators.
• Prepare and ship equipment, software and exam content to test centers for exam day.
• Communicate appointment details to Pearson VUE and other sites to prep on exam day.
• Act as SME on test center capacity to meet efficiency KPIs.
• Support Helpdesk lines for accommodation inquiries from the Contact Center.
