Job summary

American Cable & Harness | Electronic Technologies International seeks a Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary customer contact, manage quotes and shop orders, and coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production. The role supports on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or manufacturing support preferred.
Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of quoting, order entry, and production scheduling processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, and CRM software.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product deviations, delivery schedules, quality concerns, and general inquiries.
Set up new customers, process sales orders, and enter shop orders into the ERP system.
Monitor production status and provide customers and internal teams with updates on delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to establish shipment dates and resolve issues.
Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution of quality issues and RMAs.
Maintain customer stocking programs and support customer forecasting requirements.
