Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Customer Support Sales Specialist – Special Missions to drive customer success, growth, and retention across the lifecycle. You’ll partner with regional sales, activations, revenue operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, quoting, contracts, and provisioning while identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field
• 4–6+ years in customer support, inside sales, or account management
• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, OEMs, and dealers throughout the lifecycle
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high service levels
• Support quoting, proposals, contracts, and account management activities with Regional Sales Managers
• Process service changes, plan modifications, and provisioning requests
• Deliver a white‑glove onboarding from quote to activation
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on usage and needs
• Support renewals, retention, and risk mitigation to reduce churn
• Generate and manage leads in CRM; run outbound campaigns to grow pipeline
• Resolve billing inquiries and coordinate discrepancy resolution
