Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.

• Partner with Account Managers to empower our sales team and ensure alignment for our client base.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and thoughtfully to support customer needs.
• Maintain excellent records and account health across systems.
