Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; ERP/CRM experience preferred (SAP, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Partner for Success: support outside sales and branch teams with order entry, quotes, account setup, and more.
• Manage the full order lifecycle including processing, modifications, and cancellations with real-time tracking.
• Monitor and resolve back-order statuses; provide timelines and proof of delivery to stakeholders.
• Build Alignment: work with logistics teams and vendors to meet customer needs with accuracy.
• Nurture Relationships: handle internal/external inquiries with a helpful approach; resolve order discrepancies.
• Pioneer Improvements: identify opportunities to streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Support Leadership Continuity: cross-train to assist the Sales Support Manager.
• Cultivate Vendor Connections: research products and nurture vendor relationships for pricing clarity.
