Qualifications

• Must provide world class customer service in all interactions
• Able to perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM and order processing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
• Accurately input information into various fields
• Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
• Maintain an order batch
• Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
• Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
• Verify items and customer information entered accurately
• Follow up on pending payments and process payments
