Job summary

FOH is seeking a Data Entry Customer Service Specialist for a hybrid role in Miami, FL. You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and support account management using SAP Business One and Excel.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong email communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule includes two remote days and three in-office days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office environment, or hospitality
• Prior experience communicating with customers via e-mail, highly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process orders and respond to inquiries with accuracy
• Oversee SAP Business One order workflows and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve issues and fulfill orders
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
