Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of sales and act as liaison between field sales, territory sales and internal operations.
• Coordinate spot contracts, orders, and deliveries to align with mill schedule and meet ship dates.
• Maintain contract balances and generate relevant reports, including returns and rebills.
• Communicate product changes and delivery schedules to customers; follow up on issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager and Sales Rep to ensure high customer service levels.
