Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Account Coordinator in Missouri to provide B2B support for our US & Canadian sales teams and external customers. The role handles email and phone inquiries, processes orders, quotes, and lead times, and collaborates with traffic, distribution, demand planning, and invoicing to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with installation partners and customer contacts via email and phone, providing product knowledge, availability, and order status information.
• Provide professional support to outside sales representatives and partners to meet order specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Pricing Analyst on customer price quotes.
• Quote lead times and create production work orders to meet customer dates.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure compliance with ordering requirements.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, and invoicing with Traffic, Distribution, and Invoicing teams.
• Maintain organized reports and spreadsheets for tracking and communication with customers and management.
• Back up major accounts and collaborate with team to support ongoing operations.
