Job summary

KGPCo International in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as a point of contact for assigned customers. You will handle manual order entry inquiries, order status, expediting, delivery schedules, and replacements while documenting activities in the CRM.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Prior work experience in related office and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service.
• Responsible for providing manual order entry inquiries/concerns, order status including expediting, delivery schedules, and replacement needs; order holds and backorder reports.
• Utilizes the CRM to document activities and account summary notes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in customer calls to provide updates on orders and/or answer questions.
