Job summary

Bunzl is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You’ll work with a team of 6–8 peers to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

This onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. You will act as a liaison between sales, warehouse, billing, and customers to ensure a smooth order experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions via phone, email, EDI, and fax.
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure timely orders.
