Job summary

Bunzl in Oklahoma City is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customer accounts via inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You will work with a small team to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The position emphasizes strong communication, order accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions.
• Onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK; Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
