Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily through email, providing professional and timely responses.
• Prepare and send repair quotes to customers.
• Check, update, and communicate job status and repair progress.
• Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Use Microsoft Office programs regularly, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Work closely with shop personnel and other departments to gather information and provide customer updates.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed.
