Job summary

Bunzl New England is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support business customer accounts in a fast-paced, onsite West Boylston office. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and orders, collaborating with sales, warehouse, and billing to resolve issues from order entry to delivery.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ years in customer service; strong communication and ERP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
Experience with order entry, ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer service.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
