Soni, partnering with a client near Kenilworth, NJ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support top customers with accuracy and urgency. You will handle quotes, order details, product questions, and day-to-day communication with sales, engineering, operations, and other internal teams.

The role requires a strong phone presence, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or high-level customer service.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support a set of key customers with timely, professional service.
• Handle inquiries, quotes, order updates, and product questions across phone and email.
• Process quotes, orders, cancellations, shipment changes, and tracking requests in our systems.
• Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed throughout the order cycle.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, warehouse, and other teams to keep orders moving.
• Meet daily KPIs including quote turnaround, transaction volume, and on-time delivery.
• Document complaints and errors per Quality System requirements.
• Build product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
