Job summary

You will support key customers with timely, professional service, handle inquiries by phone and email, process quotes and orders, and coordinate with sales, accounting, and warehouse to keep orders moving.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or high-level customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or high-level customer service.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support a set of key customers with timely, professional service.
• Handle inquiries, quotes, order updates, and product questions across phone and email.
• Process quotes, orders, cancellations, shipment changes, and tracking requests in our systems.
• Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed throughout the order cycle.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, warehouse, and other teams to keep orders moving.
• Meet daily KPIs including quote turnaround, transaction volume, and on-time delivery.
• Document complaints and errors per Quality System requirements.
• Build product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
