Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries and provides quotes.
• Enter orders via telephone, email, fax, or in person.
• Negotiate prices within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Place orders up to limits and source products to maintain inventory.
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and expedites backorders.
• Handle customer returns and coordinate shipping.
• Work with account representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
