You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, manage ERP records, process orders, monitor inventory, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. The role emphasizes proactive service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred (business, sales, marketing)
• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a direct Customer Service role in printing/packaging manufacturing or similar environment
• Experience managing or supporting customer accounts

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer base throughout the order life cycle including inception to payment
• Generate quotes and coordinate with sales and customers on quotes and product details
• Create and maintain item records in the ERP system to ensure current specifications are captured
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system
• Effectively manage finished goods inventory for assigned customers
• Communicate with production, prepress, and shipping on order status and requirements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships internally and externally
• Respond to inquiries promptly and proactively follow up on needs
