Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to meet company goals.

• Receive customer material into the ERP system promptly after receipt.
• Assist in creating work orders and issuing to the shop in a timely manner.
• Support timely shipping of customer products daily.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and assist with quality issues as needed.
