Job summary

Imerys is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to coordinate order management across multiple accounts and to drive efficient ERP/CRM processes. You will work with Production, Logistics, Sales, and Billing to meet customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or related fields, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/MS AX) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Full-time, on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, analytics, billing or supply chain in manufacturing preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience with an ERP database system, preferably SAP or MS AX; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute order management across multiple accounts.
• Lead activities like customer account relations & communication and order management from entry to payment.
• Optimize ERP & CRM processes and schedule orders across multiple modes of transportation.
• Monitor order patterns, contact customers to track missing volume, and improve delivery experience.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Billing, and other internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Resolve product or service problems, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure activities comply with SOX, GAAP and IFRS in coordination with audit teams.
