Job summary

Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) is seeking a customer service professional within its Shared Services group. You will manage the full order lifecycle, maintain customer accounts, and coordinate with Account Managers to resolve issues while ensuring accurate data and timely communication.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years elated customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manages the order process throughout the order lifecycle and enforces policies.
• Maintains and updates customer accounts with pricing, promotions, and item lists.
• Provides support for assigned backup and ensures customer and Account Manager needs are met.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to resolve customer issues with timely communication.
• Leads resolution of customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams when needed.
• Manages inventory order processes and coordinates with 3PLs to fulfill orders.
• Supports investigation processes to dispute fines and reimbursements.
