Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in a related field or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years experience in customer service, insides sales or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn Ahlstrom's systems with accuracy.
• Mathematical competency for pricing and units conversion.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Availability to visit customers or attend outside meetings, possibly overnight.
• Salesforce.com CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Import/Export experience preferred.
• Experience with customer negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Manage domestic and international order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and profile information in systems.
• Receive, process and verify all sales orders (email, phone, fax, EDI).
• Interface with plants and suppliers globally for order processing.
• Provide order status, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns in systems.
• Ensure accounts adhere to corporate credit policies and manage receivables as needed.
• Gain product knowledge to answer customer questions about the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Quality for accurate information transfer to customers.
• Act as customer advocate linking CSS, customers, and internal stakeholders.
