Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to commute to Kaukauna, WI office.
• Prior industry experience delivering full-service delivery for customer accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards order/business management system and CRMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts from entry to delivery.
• Execute the order management process from entry to delivery for assigned accounts.
• Provide back-up support for other Customer Service Specialists.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and build relationships to understand their needs.
• Involvement in customer visits and hosting onsite meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and offer first-call resolution and/or alternatives.
• Support inventory management and monitor inventory status.
