Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage the full order flow from quote to production, acting as the primary inside contact for buying customers. You will coordinate with operations and field personnel to exceed customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes account management, data integrity in CRM, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely responses and accurate submittals for all products in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably with complex products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Establish and maintain specific account relationships, acting as the primary inside point of contact from initial quote through production.
• Resource Support: Serve as the information/resource hub, collaborating with operations and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Facilitate requests for quotes and scope of work deliverables for all products in your territory.
• Order Management: Process orders, provide product submittals, drawings, and confirm down payments; assist with problem resolution and receivables.
• Data Management: Maintain project records, documentation, and data in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of manufacturing process and plant capabilities for products in your market.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve invoicing, pricing, or shipment errors, escalate as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Field Marketing, Manufacturing, Credit, and Operations to ensure smooth operations.
