Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support, customer service, account management, or sales coordination experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order processing, logistics coordination, and customer account support preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and generate sales quotes.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with internal teams regarding order status.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
