Job summary

PLI Fabrication LLC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to build relationships with customers, request quotes, and process orders. The role involves learning customer systems, such as EDI and in-house platforms, and collaborating with the Sales Team across internal departments.

The ideal candidate will maintain strong communication, ensure timely responses, and support production through accurate data and proactive liaison.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds working knowledge of customer base products and applications.
• Builds and maintains working relationships with the customer base.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely (goal – within 24 hours).
• Learn and maintain working knowledge of customer systems (i.e., EDI, in-house systems).
• Liaison for customer and Sales Team with internal departments.
• Coordinate end of life (EOL) on production parts with Customer and appropriate departments.
• Negotiate with internal and external customers to resolve issues/concerns.
