ASSA ABLOY, through Tell Manufacturing in Lititz, PA, is seeking an Account Representative to support customers and the sales team onsite. You will interact with clients, process orders, provide quotes, and deliver technical support to ensure on-time delivery of door hardware solutions.

The role requires 2-5 years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site role with travel 0-10% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide product information and process orders.
• Resolve issues and deliver technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Provide quotes, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Submit orders, communicate product features, and support deal closures.
• Prepare RMAs and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
