Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Account Representative to support our Lititz, PA customers and sales team on-site. You will handle orders, provide quotes, and deliver technical product support through direct contact by phone, email or in person.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Tell Manufacturing clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits.
• Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs.
• Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting of door hardware products.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Research special product orders and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking.
• Prepare RMAs for returns and shipping discrepancies.
• Contribute to sales materials and customer communications.
• Special assignments as required.
