Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Account Representative to support customers and the sales team on-site in Lititz, PA. You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide quotes, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while offering technical support for door hardware products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Tell Manufacturing clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits.
• Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs.
• Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting of door hardware products.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Research special product orders and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking.
• Prepare RMAs for returns and shipping discrepancies.
• Contribute to sales materials and customer communications.
• Special assignments as required by management.
