Job summary

Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is growing and adding an Account Representative to our Lititz, Pennsylvania team. This on-site role supports customers and sales team by delivering product information, processing orders, and providing technical support.

You will manage relationships, coordinate quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish while upholding safety and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide product information, process orders, resolve issues, and deliver technical support.
• Manage new and existing relationships, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits.
• Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate records of interactions and orders.
