Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator in the United States to support the post-sale journey across adoption, utilization, and retention. This early-career role provides flexible capacity across the CS organization and helps teams maintain momentum during LOAs, high-volume cycles, and proactive account reviews.

You will work with Lead CSMs, Regional Managers and cross-functional partners to learn the business, grow operational discipline and ensure customers receive proactive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM familiarity; Salesforce, Totango, or similar tools preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in customer success, support, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Improve visibility, readiness and execution across Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate account information and health indicators.
• Prepare account-level reporting to identify trends and actions.
• Summarize customer health, adoption and risk data for reviews.
• Assist with retention plans and executive business reviews.
• Support LOAs and high-volume administrative periods.
