Job summary

CDK Global, a leading provider of cloud-based software for dealerships, seeks an early-career Customer Success Coordinator to support post-sale adoption, utilization and retention. You will work with Lead CSMs and cross-functional partners to learn the business, improve visibility, and drive proactive, value-driven customer engagement.

Responsibilities include data hygiene, accurate account information management in Totango/Salesforce, and preparing reports to identify trends and actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in customer success, support, training, or client-facing roles.
• Comfort working with data, reports, dashboards and customer information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• General CRM familiarity; Salesforce, Totango, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer data curation and hygiene
• Maintain accurate and timely account information, customer attributes, contacts, notes, sentiment & risk indicators in CDK tools (Totango, Salesforce and other CS tooling)
• Reporting and account insight preparation
• Organize and summarize customer health, adoption, utilization, engagement and risk data
• Prepare account-level reporting to assist CSMs and leaders identify trends, gaps, opportunities and areas requiring action
• Review priority lists to identify missing data, declining utilization, negative health score trends, unresolved issues (including case escalation) upcoming renewals or other risk signals
• Support research, documentation, timeline creation, issue tracking and preparation for save/recovery discussions.
• Account planning and Success Plan preparation
• Help assemble data, usage insights, reporting and draft materials for EBRs
• Support completion and follow-up of assigned Success Plays and tasks on priority accounts
• Flexible team support
• Provide temporary support during LOAs, high-volume administrative periods and targeted retention efforts
• Help regional teams maintain continuity when capacity gaps arise
