Zusammenfassung

CDK Global is a leading cloud-based software provider for automotive dealerships. We seek a Customer Success Coordinator to support post-sale adoption, utilization, market expansion, account health and retention.

This role is not assigned to a permanent book of business and offers flexible capacity across CS to cover leaves, high-volume cycles, and targeted at-risk activities. You will work with Lead CSMs and Regional Managers to learn the business and deliver proactive, value-driven support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data, reports, dashboards and customer information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• General CRM familiarity; Salesforce, Totango, or similar tools preferred.

Aufgaben

• Improve visibility, readiness and execution across the CS organization.
• Maintain accurate account information, attributes, contacts, notes and risk indicators in CS tooling.
• Prepare account-level reporting to assist CSMs and leaders; identify trends and gaps.
• Summarize customer health, adoption and engagement data.
• Assist with retention plans and executive business reviews (EBR).
• Support data gathering and coordination for success plays and priority accounts.
