Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an early-career Customer Success professional to support post-sale journeys across adoption and retention. This flexible role provides coverage during leaves, busy cycles, and at-risk activities, working with Lead CSMs and cross-functional partners to learn the business and maintain momentum.

You will help maintain data quality, prepare account-level reporting, and coordinate actions to improve customer health and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Comfort working with data, reports, dashboards and customer information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• General CRM familiarity; Salesforce, Totango, or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Curiosity, coachability and a desire to grow in Customer Success.
• Professional judgment when handling customer and account information.
• 1–2 years of professional experience (customer success, support, training, or client‑facing role preferred).
• Internship, campus leadership, customer-facing, sales, support, or account coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain clean customer data in CDK systems.
• Keep account information, attributes, contacts, notes, sentiment, and risk indicators updated.
• Prepare and deliver account-level reporting to CS leadership.
• Summarize customer health, adoption, utilization, engagement and risk trends.
• Identify data gaps and actions for improving retention and renewals.
• Support creation of timelines, issue tracking, and save/recovery discussions.
• Assist with follow-up coordination and internal retention updates.
• Develop and update Success Plans and engagement materials.
• Contribute to Executive Business Reviews with data and insights.
• Provide regional teams with actionable observations for retention.
