Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support the post-sale journey across adoption, utilization and retention. This early-career role provides flexible capacity across the CS organization, assisting with data hygiene, reporting and at-risk activities while collaborating with Lead CSMs and regional leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve visibility and execution across Customer Success team.
• Maintain accurate account information and health indicators in CS tools.
• Prepare account-level reporting and insights for leaders.
• Assist with Executive Business Reviews and success plans.
• Support LOA coverage and high-volume administrative periods.
