• Maintain accurate account information in CDK tools and CRM systems.
• Prepare account-level reporting and executive-ready materials.
• Assist with Executive Business Reviews and strategic account plans.
• Coordinate follow-ups and bookmarks for retention efforts.
• Support data hygiene initiatives and risk monitoring.
