Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to oversee office operations, training, and dispatch processes. You will manage CRM-based bookings, optimize scheduling, and ensure top-tier customer service while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Training is provided, with growth potential across operations and leadership. The role offers competitive pay during a 90-day training period ($17/hr) followed by a potential $17.50–$22.00/hr, with benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to use a computer or tablet.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn company systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails for bookings.
• Lead daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and changes in the CRM.
• Monitor and improve scheduling capacity and response times.
• Follow team instructions and maintain high service standards.
