Job summary

Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to support office operations, customer service, and dispatch processes. You will handle bookings, inquiries, and communications while ensuring high-quality service across the team.

Training will be provided; base pay during training starts at $17.00 per hour, with post-training pay ranging from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour. Benefits are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine customer experience and dispatch procedures, policies, and standards.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and requests with management.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch department.
• Accurately process reservations, cancellations, and changes using the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about the customer's needs and main objectives.
• Listen to recordings to ensure calls are handled accurately.
• Call, text and email customers through Precision Provided CRMS.
• Manage schedule to maximize call bookings and schedule capacity.
• Take instructions from team leaders.
