Qualifications

• Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required, we will train you.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine customer experience and dispatch procedures, policies, and standards.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and requests with management.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch department.
• Accurately process reservations, cancellations, and changes using the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about the customer's needs and main objectives they wish to be taken care of.
