Job summary

Home From College is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to keep brand accounts moving and ensure campaigns are delivered on time. You will review submissions, recruit participants, collect content links, and build tasks from brand briefs.

This role is high-volume, fast-turnaround, and focused on reliability and quality. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to maintain momentum, manage risks, and ensure student and brand deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, customer support, or community management.
• Extremely reliable and responsive; meeting deadlines.
• Strong written communication for follow-up with students and brands.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle repetitive operational work at scale.
• Good judgment on when to decide and when to escalate.
• Comfortable in a dashboard, spreadsheets, Slack, and AI tools.
• Bonus: experience with creator or influencer programs, marketplace operations, or campus and student communities.

Responsibilities

• microGIG Submission Review: review submissions against the brief and approve, request revisions, or reject; apply quality standards.
• Participant Recruiting: source and invite students into open microGIGs; follow up and backfill drop-offs.
• Content Link Collection: chase and confirm live links across platforms; verify links are live and attached to the right submission.
• Task Creation & Management: build and assign participant tasks; keep deadlines and deliverables accurate.
• Account Support & Risk Flagging: keep account records current; surface risks early and propose solutions.
