Job summary

Four One Seven is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and own the successful execution of their campaigns from signed agreement through completion. This role ensures client expectations, assets and production requirements are accurate, complete and delivered on time so internal teams can fulfill what was sold.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, and project coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication and a consistently strong client experience.
• Own campaign execution from signed agreement through completion, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with client expectations.
• Review contracts and campaign details for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and confirming requirements before fulfillment begins.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and internal handoffs, including schedules, asset collection, approvals, production details and launch timelines.
• Manage campaign setup and trafficking across applicable advertising platforms and products, including Meta, Premium Selects, People Pics and placements.
• Maintain accurate campaign, client and communication records within CRM, production and advertising systems.
• Monitor account health and client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving risks, concerns or opportunities.
• Support Account Executives with renewals and business reviews by providing campaign performance insights and relevant context.
• Strengthen client relationships and retention through thoughtful touchpoints and reliable service.
