Qualifications

• 2+ years in client services, account coordination, agency operations, or related field (internship OK).
• Exceptional organizational skills across multiple accounts/workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing professionalism.
• Proactive ownership mindset; anticipates needs and acts without being asked.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and emphasis on quality.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Basecamp, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client onboards and setup tasks (Salesforce, Slack, dashboards, analytics, finance accounts).
• Prepare internal kickoff with Client Success Manager and ensure materials are accurate before launch.
• Pull and format weekly performance reports for review before delivery.
