Job summary

Team 360 Staffing seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our client's growing team. This role connects customers with Sales, Engineering, repair technicians, shipping, and operations, handling calls, purchase orders, repair approvals, warranties, pricing, and logistics.

Not a call-center role; we want dependable, curious individuals who will own issues from start to finish and grow with the company. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver strong customer service while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; precise documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Enter and process customer purchase orders, verify pricing, quantities and terms.
• Review part numbers, serial numbers, model numbers and equipment documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate repair findings, pricing, lead times, and status updates to customers.
• Help customers understand repair versus replacement value and assist with pricing negotiations.
• Interface with Engineering to translate technical findings into clear customer communications.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, repair, shipping, and operations.
• Handle warranty questions and coordinate evaluations and resolutions.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in SAP and other internal systems.
• Coordinate customer pickups/deliveries, including driver routing and shipping paperwork.
• Follow up on open quotes, approvals, repairs, and internal questions.
• Manage multiple repair orders and customer requests concurrently.
• Occasionally assist hands-on in warehouse/shipping/repair-shop areas to verify equipment.
