Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Assist with the placement and processing of orders, refunds/exchanges
• Approving B2B customer orders
• Keeping customers and Sales representatives up to date on the status of their orders
• Online customer support
• Invoicing of daily orders
• Light warehouse/order processing on occasion
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed
