Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and great personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and apply independent judgement.
• Basic email and PC functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Knowledge of common business practices relating to purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services.
• Ability to learn and retain product information and position features to customers.
• Self-motivated and results oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven sales record.
• Oil + Gas industry experience is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requests for sales opportunities.
• Manage customer orders and quotation files with 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate and expedite customer orders, and ensure requirements are understood and customers are kept informed of issues.
• Maintain a proactive approach to customer complaints, requests to expedite, and other issues.
• Work closely with sales and dispatch teams to facilitate flow of information on quotes, quality issues, deliveries, and customer feedback.
• Provide feedback reports to Main Office and Supervisor regarding customer contacts.
• Learn/Operate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with comfort and clarity.
• Follow-up on customer quotations.
• Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures.
